To use any of the screens under the Buy button you must have logged in using the Log In button.

Each of the buttons are explained below:

Why Leave Feedback
Leaving feedback for a bideasi member is important because
  1. This allows other members to evaluate how reputable the member is.
  2. Feedback consists of comments, overall rating, buyer feedback score and seller feedback score.
  3. The buyer feedback score gives an indication of how often the member purchases items on bideasi and how often this results in a positive experience for the seller ( buyer receives good feedback ).
  4. The seller feedback score gives an indication of how often the member sells items on bideasi and how often this results in a positive experience for the buyer ( seller receives good feedback ).
  5. The higher the combined buyer and seller feedback scores the better preferential rates the member will be charged when they sell an item on bideasi. bideasi only charges sellers when an item is sold on bideasi.
   
Leave Feedback
 A member can leave feedback in several ways. You can click on the 'Buy' or 'Sell' buttons, or you can click on the 'My Account' button, then 'Feedback' and finally click on 'Seller Feedback' or 'Buyer Feedback' depending on if you are leaving feedback for a buyer or a seller.
   
Feedback History and Disputes
 Click on the 'My Account' button, then 'Feedback' and finally click on 'Feedback History' button. Members that have left feedback will be listed and their feedback comments. If you disagree with the comments you can raise a dispute by clicking the dispute button. bideasi reviews all disputes and will contact both the buyer and seller in order to resolve the dispute. bideasi's decision is always final on all disputes.
   
Find A Members Feedback
 Click on the 'Buy' or 'Sell' buttons and then the 'Find A Members Feedback' button. A screen will be shown where you can enter part of the members name and press 'Search'. This will list all members with a possible match. You then select one of the members listed and press 'Show Feedback'. All the feedback comments and the feedback scores will be listed.
   
Feedback Scores
 Feedback Scores for members will be displayed whenever a buyer shows interest in a sellers item. Scores will also be displayed to the buyer when a seller makes an offer on a buy item.
   
How To Get Lower Fees
 bideasi provides an incentive to use bideasi more for buying and selling by reducing the fee percentage for final value sales. The higher the member's positive feedback, the lower the fee percentage gets, in 3 stages. See preferential fees for more information.
