To use any of the screens under the Sell button you must have logged in using the Log In button.

Each of the buttons are explained below:


'Add New Items And Categories'	There are a number of things you can do on this screen. You can view all the categories that are listed on your account. Any items that buyers are looking for that are listed in your categories will be identified and initially you will be emailed to inform you of the buyer's interest. Each week you will only receive the number of emails you specified when you registered. You can use the Text Entry search, or the Category drop down box search to select a new category. The Category search allows you to choose predefined categories that you can then add these categories to your account. You will then receive buyer's requests from these additional categories. You can suggest new categories and if bideasi adds your suggestion to the list of categories you may then add this new category to your account. It is possible to submit new items to bideasi ( these maybe items that you want to sell on a regular basis ). Listing your items with bideasi will greatly increase the chance that a buyer will make a request for that item bideasi is the only auction website where you can feature video clips of your products Add A New Item To bideasi Now

Add Multiple Seller Categories	Search for categories by entering in a key word ( usually the fewer words the better ). Press Search or Multiple Search, Multiple Search will normally return more options. A list of possible categories will be listed. You can select any of these categories. Once you have made your choice press the Confirm button. Finally, to add your chosen categories to your Current Sellers Categories press the 'Add These Categories To Your Account' button. Your newly added categories will now be shown under 'Your Categories'

Update Catalogue Items	Select a country to show the items that you have added to the bideasi Catalogue. You can then select any of your items to display their details. To alter the item amend any detail of the item and then click on the Update Item button.

'New Buy Items'	This screen lists all buy items that you can make new price offers on. The procedure on this screen is similar to the 'Revise Item' screen. The difference on this screen is that you have not yet made any price offers for the items listed. The following options are available on this screen: Make new price offers. Your default delivery charge will be set for each new offer, but this can be changed later if necessary Display more detailed information about the buy item Buyers can be reported for setting unrealistic starting prices Guide prices can be reported as incorrect

'Revise Item'	To show a list of buy items with your current price offers select the country where the buy items were advertised. This will reveal a list of your personal price offers for buy items in the selected country. Now you can either revise your price offers, or you can 'Report The Buyer'. Sellers should only 'Report Buyers' when the seller believes the buyer has set the starting price of the buy items seriously lower than the guide price of the item. You will need to provide some proof of the expected guide price. This can be a web address displaying the item and a price, or a contact number of a company that sells the item. It is important to 'Report Buyers' when unrealistic starting prices are made because: This will reduce the number of such buyers filling up your email inbox and your sellers account Improves the profit margins for your selling items Encourages serious buyers and discourages non-serious buyers Assists bideasi in providing a better service for buyers and sellers
'Revise Item'	Click on any of the listed items to display more detailed information about the buy item, or to change the delivery price, or to report incorrect guide prices. Note: Guide Prices for any items can also be set by any registered customer, as well as bideasi. If a guide price is incorrect it maybe out of date because the price hasn't been updated for a long time.

Search For Buy Items	Sellers don't have to wait until a buyer enters a buy item into one of a sellers categories; sellers can search individual categories for buy items. So, if a seller wants to search for any buy items that may not normally fall into their list of categories, this can be done on this screen. For example, if you are a seller and you normally sell TV's you would add this category to your main categories, to ensure you are emailed when any buy items are entered into this category. But if you have a few miscellaneous items that you want to sell, that for example, fall into the cosmetics category, you can use this screen to search for any buyers who are looking for similar items. There are a number of options available on this screen. You can enter new offer prices for any buy item, 'Report The Buyer' if the starting price set by the buyer is unrealistic. If you click on a buy item more detailed information will be displayed on another screen. On this screen you can 'Change Delivery' and report an 'Incorrect Guide Price'.

Advanced Buy Item Search	Use Text Entry search, or the Category drop down box search to select a category. You can then choose an additional criteria to search by, including 'When Buy Item End', 'Price Range' of the item, and / or the 'Country' that the buy item was listed in. Press 'Show Buy Items' which will list all buy items that match the criteria specified. As previously described ,similar functions are available here as in 'Revise Item' and 'New Buy Items'. You can now click on any of the items listed to display more detailed information about the item, 'Report The Buyer', or make an offer on any buy items Click on 'Revise Offer Prices' button when you entered all the offers you want to make.

Keyword Search	Enter a keyword or keyphrase in each of the 20 keyword boxes. Each box must be no more than 50 characters long. When a buy item is placed on bideasi that contains any of the keywords or keyphrases the member will be notified by email.

All Buy Items Search	Choose a country and then enter some text to search for specific buy items that contain the text. Now press the 'Search For Buy Items In This Country' button, which will show a list of buy items. You can now enter offer prices for buy items that you are interested in. Make sure that you specify the Payment Options that you accept. Payment Options only have to be set once for all offers.

'My Emails'	Emails received from potential buyers will be listed in the drop down box. Choose an item from the list to display the email. Using the buttons provided you can decide to reply or delete the email.

Find A Members Feedback	Click on the 'Buy' or 'Sell' buttons whichever is appropriate then choose the 'Find A Members Feedback' button. A screen will then be displayed where you can enter part of the members name then select 'Search'. A list will be provided of all members with a possible match. Select one of the members then select 'Show Feedback'. All the feedback comments and the feedback scores for that member will be listed.

Offers Accepted By Buyers	Sellers who have accepted any offer prices are listed in this section. All buyers that have accepted offers are bound by membership rules to pay the Seller at the agreed price. Customers that have not yet paid are identified in the list. The Seller may contact the customer by email to request payment, or the Seller may raise a dispute after a reasonable amount of time has been given to the buyer to pay.

Automatic Feedback	Sellers can select various positive feedback messages to be their default messages to respond to positive feedback messages sent by buyers. A random positive feedback message will be selected automatically for every message left by buyers. So, sellers no longer have to manually respond to every feedback message.

'Leave Feedback'	A list of sold items will be displayed each having a tick box to leave feedback. You can choose from a predefined feedback, saving time on entering the feedback manually, or you can still enter your own customised feedback comment. Also, you will be required to rate the overall purchasing experience as Excellent, Good, Poor, or Very Poor. All items selected will be submitted with the same feedback. Remember on bideasi you will be given individual feedback ratings for buying and selling, so a prospective buyer or seller will be able to identify what kind of buyer or seller you are. The higher the combined feedback rate the more preferential selling fees you will receive.

Pay Bideasi Fees	The fee amount due is displayed. This is the fee for all extra listing fees, any special bideasi contracts that you may have and the final value fee for selling your items on any bideasi websites. If you do not have a Money Bookers account the box will be blank, otherwise your email will be displayed. Click on Pay which will direct you to the Money Bookers website where you will be able to pay your bideasi fees. Have a look at our fees - bideasi Fees

Bideasi Sellers Contract	This agreement allows you and/or your company to submit as many High Price Items to the bideasi website/s. You will be charged only your monthly fee regardless of how many potential buyers make contact with you. Buyers will be able to view the adverts you submit to bideasi and when a buyer becomes interested their details will be submitted to bideasi. You will be immediately notified by email that a buyer has expressed interest in one of your items. When you next log on to bideasi you will be able to retrieve the buyer's details. 'Despatch Item'	The procedure for confirming that bought items have been despatched to the buyer is similar to the 'Revise Item' and 'New Buy Items' screens. First you must first choose the countries where buy items have been advertised. Click on 'Items To Be Despatched In These Countries' button. All items awaiting to be despatched will be listed. Click on each individual item that is listed. You will be directed to the next screen on which will be displayed the name of the buyer and their delivery address - On this screen the charges bideasi makes for selling the item will also be displayed. Click on the 'Confirm As Despatched' button and bideasi will record that the item has been despatched. You can also print the delivery address directly from this screen.

'Deliveries'	The seller will be required to set-up specific delivery schedules. When making a price offer to a buyer for an item the seller's default delivery schedule will automatically be provided. At this stage an opportunity is given to amend the delivery schedule. It is the responsibility of the seller to update their delivery schedules to ensure that the correct delivery prices are being charged. Details of postal insurance can be entered using the 'Specific Seller Delivery Description', part of a delivery schedule. The seller cannot add any additional charges for postal insurance, other than the cost incurred for providing the postal insurance.

'Compliment Message'	If you wish to send a complimentary message to a buyer, it is similar to the procedure for entering feedback. Select either from the predefined list of complimentary messages, or leave your own customised message. To send this message to specific buyers tick the relevant Send Message boxes.

Web Link Customer	A Web Link Customer is another website owner that wants to provide bideasi auction items on their website. If a customer is directed to bideasi by clicking on an item and purchases an item, not necessarily the same item the customer selected, the website owner will receive 5 % commission of the sale. If you are a website owner, have already signed up as a bideasi customer, but have not logged in and you would like to become a Web Link Member please Click Here To Log In Otherwise, firstly you need to register as a bideasi customer, Click Here To Register As A bideasi Customer, log in and then select the 'Web Link Customer' button. If you have already logged in enter your wesite address on the Sign Up screen and press Submit bideasi will review your website and if the website passes our qualification procedures an information pack will be sent to you which explains how to incorporate bideasi items into a website, or you can click on the link on the Sign Up screen to download the information pack now.

bideasi Watch	Although bideasi does work very hard to remove any listings that break any of our rules. It is impossible for bideasi to catch every single listing that breaks one of our rules. That is why bideasi automatically track listings and invites our members to report individual listings that are breaking our rules, but not even these measures ensure all listings comply with our rules. This is where bideasi Watch becomes important. A bideasi Watch member can enter up to 20 keywords or keyphrases, which are used to search all listings. If the listing contains any of the keywords or keyphrases an email is sent to the member of the listing. If the member believes any rule has been broken the listing can be reported to bideasi. bideasi will then review the listing and remove it if it is agreed rules have been broken.
